Information Collected and Tracked by Oloma Software
Oloma may collect various types of information from visitors to our website or from telephone or email conversations, as described in more detail below. In some cases, we may combine one type of information with another type of information and store them together in our records. However, in all cases, we try to limit the amount of information we collect and store to that which is necessary to provide you with the relevant services.
Corporate and Personal Information Collected
On our Sites, you may be asked to provide us with personal or business information to purchase or inquire about an Oloma Property. We may collect this information through different methods, including (but not limited to):
- Registration forms. Although registration is not required except to access our exclusive content areas, we encourage all visitors to register with Oloma. - Order Forms and Registration Forms. Sensitive information
We ask that you not share or send any sensitive Personal Information with us, including, but not limited to, your government-issued identification numbers (e.g., Social Security Number or driver's license number, social security number), racial or ethnic information, health information, and political or religious opinions.
In some cases, our customers' end users may be required to provide Sensitive Personal Information to our customer in order to use our Product or an application that uses our SaaS Product, and as a result, Sensitive Personal Information may be stored or processed by us. We process such Sensitive Personal Information in the role of processor on behalf of the customer (and/or its affiliates) who is the responsible controller of the relevant Sensitive Personal Information. If your data has been sent to us by or on behalf of an Oloma customer and you would like to exercise any rights you may have under applicable data protection laws, please contact the relevant customer directly. Since we can only access a customer's data on that customer's instruction, if you wish to submit your request directly to us, please provide us with the name of the Oloma customer who sent us your data. We will forward your request to that customer and assist them as necessary in responding to your request within a reasonable time.
Notwithstanding the above, if we need to process Sensitive Personal Information about you, we will ask for your consent to do so. Once given, this consent can be withdrawn at any time. We will not process any Sensitive Personal Information that you do not consent to process or that you have not provided to us. Only Oloma Software personnel who have a reason to do so will have access to any Personal Information we handle about you.

How Does Oloma Software Use and Share Information?
Oloma does not sell or rent the Personal Information you share with us to third parties. However, the information you provide may be used by us or shared with third parties for any of the following purposes (and please note that not all uses listed below may be relevant to you):

- Oloma may store, collect, use and resell non-personal information (including other information) collected in connection with your use of the sites or our products and services, both during your use and after your use has ceased.
- From time to time we may conduct surveys regarding the website or other products or services. The information you provide is used in the aggregate for analytical and/or research purposes. Intercompany Agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses
Oloma Software may have intercompany agreements between our legal entity in the Republic of Turkey or each of our European subsidiaries, if any, containing European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses for the Transfer of Personal Data to processors located outside the EEA ("SCCs").
Where we transfer personal information from the EU or the UK to the US or other countries without an existing EU adequacy decision, we rely on SCCs as a security measure for those transfers. SCCs are included in the Oloma Software Data Processing Addendum, which customers and partners are encouraged to execute in accordance with the instructions in this document and return to Oloma Software.
Correcting and Updating Your Personal Information
Oloma may retain your information for a period consistent with the original purpose for which it was collected. For example, we may retain your information for as long as you have an account to use our Sites or Services and for a reasonable period thereafter. We may also retain your information for as long as necessary for Oloma to pursue our legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
You may request to review, correct, delete or otherwise modify any of the personal information you have previously provided to us through Oloma software.
